Making Firefox more like Opera

I used to use Opera for the longest time, but I’ve been using Firefox for a while now, and for the most part, I no longer miss Opera. Okay, I do miss some features, especially the feature where you could decide whether a particular website loaded images or not.

Seek and you shall find a Firefox extension.

ImgLikeOpera (by Danil Ivanov) is a Firefox extension that allows you to control the images that are loaded in a web page.

Once you install the extension, the ‘menu’ sits at the bottom right hand corner of the browser and is easy to access. It’s relatively simple to figure out what to do as well, especially if you’ve used Opera before.

You can find more information on the ImgLikeOpera extension page .

PS: Thanks to Danil Ivanov for writing this extension.
