Free screening camp at Recoup (HSR Layout)

Recoup, a centre for Neuromusculoskeletal Rehabilitation, is providing a free consultation with Dr. Deepak Sharan, this Sunday at their HSR Layout centre in Bangalore. If you have any RSI-related problems, back, neck, or other body pains, it might be worth checking out.

The HSR Layout centre is near the BDA complex in HSR layout and the address is:

#626, 15th Cross, 15th A Main, Sector 4, HSR Layout (Near BDA Complex), Bangalore – 560 102.

Directions: Be afraid, be very afraid: To get there, first get yourself to the BDA complex in HSR layout. (Men, ask for directions.)

Then, if you are facing the complex (on the opposite side of the road), you’ll see a board for Kurl-on and ING Vysya bank. Take the road which is directly opposite and on that road, take the 3rd right. Go slow and count properly and you’ll not miss the 3rd right which has some greenery camouflaging it. Recoup is in the ground floor of the first building on your right. There is no signboard at the moment, so the parked vehicles on the road should be a clue.

If these directions are confusing, call Recoup’s Jayanagar centre (+ 91-80-4121 4224 or + 91-80- 4121 4334) and get them to give you directions and get even more confused.

Now, if you’ll excuse me, I’ve been sitting at my computer for too long and I need to stretch a bit.
