A customer's heartfelt testimonial

This is a really interesting post by a customer about a company called Zappos. I don’t want to post an excerpt because it’s important to read the entire story, so go read it.

It’s pretty cool that someone at Zappos was thoughtful enough to go against corporate policy and then added a personal touch. You can’t write this up in a corporate manual; it’s something that comes from feeling empathy and taking an initiative.
